About River Plate Inc.
River Plate Inc. is a third-party logistics (3PL) company in Simi Valley, California. They warehouse and ship ecommerce and retail orders for brands in beauty, apparel, toys and collectibles, and more, with services that include kitting, assembly, and big-box retail routing.
For more than 30 years, the business grew on relationships and Danielle’s hustle. There was no sales team and no marketing team, just grit and a reputation for doing the work right.
Today a new generation leads the company, with Leo serving as Vice President. They came to us ready to grow, but understandably cautious.
Burned by agencies, and invisible online.
Years ago, River Plate brought in steady leads through Google Ads. As advertising changed and the platforms demanded more from every conversion, those leads dried up almost completely.
They had also worked with several marketing agencies that didn’t help, and in some cases made things worse. By the time they came to us, the website was producing zero to one leads a month.
On top of that, River Plate competes in the Los Angeles area, one of the most competitive logistics markets in the country, against national 3PLs with massive marketing budgets. They needed a partner they could actually trust.
Earning trust one step at a time.
We started small, with a budget closer to a local SEO client, and focused on foundational SEO. The goal was simple: deliver on every promise and earn the right to do more.
Once the results started showing, we redesigned their website and built the sales materials Leo’s team needed to close deals. From there we grew into a full digital marketing partnership, because 3PL buyers aren’t just choosing a company. They’re trusting real people with their products.

From almost no leads to 100+ qualified leads in a year.
In 2026, River Plate’s website brought in more than 100 qualified leads, with 20 qualified leads in July alone. The same website that once produced zero to one lead a month now delivers a steady flow of quote requests from brands that are a real fit.
Organic search visits nearly tripled compared to the same months the year before, and the site’s authority score climbed from 8 to 31.
Rankings followed. “West coast fulfillment companies” climbed from #14 to #3 on Google, “west coast order fulfillment center” moved into the top three, and River Plate now shows up in the top three of Google Maps for “fulfillment company near me” across most of its service area. Calls from its Google Business Profile more than doubled year over year.
| Metric | Before | After | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Qualified leads per month | 0–1 | 20 (best month) | From almost none |

Frequently Asked Questions
How do 3PL companies get more leads online?
Most 3PL leads start with a search on Google or an AI tool. Ranking for the services and industries you serve, showing real proof of your operation, and making it easy to request a quote turns that search into a lead. Ads and social can then keep you in front of buyers while they compare options.
How long does it take for marketing to generate leads for a logistics company?
Foundational SEO usually takes several months to build momentum. A website redesign and focused campaigns can speed things up. River Plate went from almost no website leads to 100+ in a single calendar year.
Does AI search matter for 3PL companies?
Yes. More brands now ask ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews, and Perplexity to recommend fulfillment partners. We work to get your company mentioned in the sources those tools rely on, so you’re part of the answer.
Why does personal branding matter for a B2B logistics company?
Brands are trusting you with their products. Seeing the real people behind the warehouse, through video, podcasts, and LinkedIn, builds the trust that turns a quote request into a signed client.
Do you work with logistics companies outside California?
Yes. We work with 3PLs, warehouses, and logistics companies across the country, along with local businesses throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo counties.
